Information we collect through the concierge form
If you use our concierge match form at /get-started/, we collect the information you submit (name, email, phone, state, and basic eligibility details such as sex, age, and height, plus any notes). We use that information only to respond to your request and, where applicable, to make a referral introduction to a sperm bank program. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third party except the bank you ask us to introduce you to.
Consumer health data
Some eligibility details you choose to give (such as sex, age, height, and general health-related answers used to check basic program eligibility) may be considered consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state rules. We collect only the minimum needed to check basic eligibility, only when you volunteer it, we never sell it, and we share it only with the bank you ask us to introduce you to. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@paidspermdonor.com.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting server records standard technical log data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. If we enable website analytics, it measures aggregate traffic only and is not configured to identify you personally.
Cookies
This site does not currently set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Outbound referral links may cause the destination bank or its tracking platform to set its own cookie; that tracking is governed by the destination's privacy policy.
How we use data
Only to operate, secure, and improve the site, to respond to form submissions, and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell or share your personal information and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
Your rights (GDPR and CCPA/CPRA)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at privacy@paidspermdonor.com. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information. This site is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
